My wife and I visited Thatcham Motors a couple of times and there was absolutely no pressure from the staff. They were happy for us to look around on our own, but were happy to answer any questions we had about any of the cars. Going for a test drive was not a problem. We were very happy with the service and very satisfied with the car we bought. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the whole experience, the two salesmen came across really genuine. I’d already seen the car I wanted a Lexus Is250 which was Exactly as it was described in the advert. After a test drive for around 10 minutes it was time to talk money. We came to an agreement on price and I was very happy with that. The car was going to need a pair of front tyres in the near future so they kindly had a new pair fitted while I waited in the office. Within 30 mins the car was back and a new set of boots on the front. Overall one of the nicest experiences I’ve had buying a used car. And I’ve had zero problems with the Lexus which isn’t rare as they are bomb proof.

Extremely friendly and helpful garage..no pressure and left to inspect vehicles by your self in your own time..very pleased with mazda 6 so far and would definitely use this company again ;-)

I simply cannot praise the team at TMC enough. Having discovered a minor mechanical issue with my recently purchased vehicle, I contacted TMC in order to enquire about the 3 month (1000 mile warranty). Not only did TMC reassure me that the problem would be sorted (noting that neither I or TMC could have seen this coming), they went above and beyond to ensure that the fault was rectified quickly. Again, communication was excellent, with reassurance throughout. Based on my continued experience with TMC, I would recommend this company to all. Many thanks TMC - you made what could have been a very complicated issue for me extremely simple...

Very good service, discussed the car that was for sale, it was agreed that the car would be kept until we could get over to the garage, which was 2 weeks later. When we saw the car it was exactly as described. We took the car for a test drive , on our own, and agreed to buy it. A very good professional service, would buy again from this garage and recommend on.
